Service Guarantee

Provitron Systems Inc. takes the greatest of care with all products. We are however not responsible for current scratches, dents, or any other condition of products transferred to us for marking. Additionally since we have no need to turn your equipment on or any desire to do so, we are in no way responsible for data-loss or malfunctioning of your equipment post the marking procedure. Since our lasers do not interfere with the electronics of your device in any way, any damage either real or perceived is in no way related to Provitron Systems Inc. laser marking equipment or staff and therefore we take no responsibility for such real or perceived damages since we are not or would not be the source.

Provitron Systems Inc. Guarantees that our work will reflect the greatest precision possible. However, we will only guarantee that a marking will be within up to 1/8th of an inch from the specified location. Extra care is provided for applying borders to products, and generally borders fall within 1/16th of an inch from specification.

Should your marking be more than 1/8th inch off from specification (specification includes online ordering system spec, and specific written instructions such as a request for a logo to be centered.), your marking will be free. Only in the event of a Provitron Systems Inc. declared obvious error in the application of marking will we replace your product in part or in whole.

Understand that some manufacturers of some products will consider Provitron Systems Inc. marking a violation of warrantee terms and will void your products warrantee. It is best to check with the warrantee writer to make sure that this service will not void your warrantee.
